Wedding and Partnership Photography

All packages include the option of an album and / or a disk of images.

The Gold package gives you a comprehensive photographic record of your special day.
The Platinum package is our top of the range package, including those special extras.

Then customise your package with those add-ons that ensure your exact requirements are met.

Initial Consultation

Offered free for local couples, no obligation. This is an important chance to meet face to face and to discuss arrangements. You can see a sample album and talk about album design. As a follow up you will be sent a written quote. When you are ready to make a booking for your chosen date a deposit and booking fee of £200 is requested.

Engagement Shoot

A complementary pre-wedding shoot can take place in the home or on location and typically is an informal session where we can have fun and get to know each other better before the day of the wedding. A mounted 10" x 8" print is included or you can opt for a framed print with wide mount that your wedding guests can sign (comments & signatures not included).

Taking the Photographs

SWPP Duncan Astbury is a member of the SWPP, Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.

Only one wedding ceremony booking per day maximum is accepted so you can be sure you are getting full attention.
The cameras and lenses are professional equipment giving high quality images and the potential for massive enlargements.
As a minimum two camera bodies are used, with two flash guns and with a range of lenses and multiple memory cards so any component failure would not prevent coverage of the wedding.
All wedding photography is covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Proofs

A set of proof images will be provided so that you can make selections for your wedding album and for prints. These can be used to share with family, email friends, post on Facebook etc. These images can be provided on your choice of CD or USB memory key.

Album Options

Bellissimo Albums

A Bellissimo album is a stunning way to tell the story of your day. These book bound and hand crafted albums feature traditional silver process prints and are available with a variety of cover styles, including genuine leather.

Bellissimo Classico

A timeless classic, supplied as 10 x 8″ with options up to 14 x 10″, starting with 30 pages (15 page spreads) and extra pages option up to a maximum of 50 pages (25 page spreads).

Bellissimo Perfetto

These albums offer a seamless spread for your images across the spine area of your album, opening up even more design possibilities and providing the perfect wide space to show the whole wedding party.
Supplied as 12 x 8″ with options up to 16 x 12″, starting with 40 pages (20 page spreads) and extra pages option up to a maximum of 80 pages (40 page spreads).

Disk of Images (Digital Negatives)

The 'disk' can be either CD/DVD or USB memory key and has image files supplied as high resolution images in jpeg format. A license for unlimited personal use, and including the option to make your own prints, is included.

Pricing

The packages shown here are samples which are then adjusted to meet your exact requirements and can be individually priced.
As a quick guide based on the sample packages, prices start from £520 (Silver package, disk only) and run through to £1380 (Platinum with album and disk).
